What you get

- Secure intake. Paid matters are held in a dedicated store per matter, in the EU. You upload from your private matter page; the file is hashed in your browser first and checked again on receipt.

How your data is handled

- No training on your material. AI models see masked excerpts only, never your files.
- When the matter closes, it is deleted and you receive a deletion certificate.

Factum was devised by Allan Pedersen, an economist with twenty years in financial services, who built the method on his own case as a litigant.

Is it admissible?
That is for the court and your advocate. We provide a schedule, ledgers and a method statement that let you show exactly where each figure comes from. We do not claim admissibility.
What happens to my data?
The free analysis stays in your browser. For paid matters, files are held in a dedicated store per matter and are not used for training. EU-jurisdiction hosting and zero-retention model terms are being put in place before the first paid matter. Files are deleted when the matter closes, and you receive a deletion certificate.
Which apps are supported?
WhatsApp and Signal exports. Telegram and iMessage are coming; email follows later. Tell us what you hold when you start.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on volume and is stated in your quote. An expedited option is available.
What if the export is incomplete?
The free analysis reports gaps and completeness issues before you pay, and the method statement records them.
What do you not do?
We give no legal advice and offer no opinion on anyone's honesty. We state what the record shows; people draw the conclusions.
